A Fay in the Life Of

Breakfast: coffee with sugar and half n half, homemade granola with local raw milk

Coffee out with a friend: almond croissant 

Lunch/ Snack: Tillamook cheese (just like Grandma always had) with crackers (from Trader Joes), Speculoos cookie spread (watch out; that stuff is addictive.)

Dinner: Snap Pea salad with Miso Dressing (from the Smitten Kitchen Cookbook-- but I think she has a similar dressing recipe published on her blog), grocery store chicken breast (marinated in teriyaki sauce and broiled) with white rice. Featuring snap peas for sweetness, Napa cabbage for crunch and carrots for both, this salad is my new favorite.
